Services

Nikki Matlock provides done-for-you AI automation builds including workflow automation, CRM integration, AI content pipelines, and voice agent systems. All work is custom-built per client specifications.

By purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

Packages and Pricing

All pricing is flat-rate. No hourly billing.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of purchase via Stripe. Work begins within 48 hours of receiving both the completed intake form and payment.

Scope of Work

• A written scope document will be provided within 48 hours of intake form submission.
• Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Client approval is required before any scope changes are made.

Delivery and Timelines

Timelines start when both payment and the completed intake form are received.

Delays caused by the client (missing credentials, slow feedback, scope changes) may extend the delivery timeline. Nikki will communicate any timeline changes proactively.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to required tools and platforms (login credentials, API keys).
• Respond to questions within 48 hours.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days.

Support

Support covers bugs and issues with delivered work only. New feature requests and scope additions are not included and will be quoted separately.

Revisions

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $150/hour.

Refund Policy

• If work has not started (no scope document sent), a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.
• Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
• If Nikki fails to deliver within the agreed timeline (excluding client-caused delays), a partial refund may be negotiated.

Intellectual Property

The client owns all deliverables upon final payment.

Nikki retains the right to use anonymized project details in portfolio and case study materials unless the client opts out in writing.

Confidentiality

Client data, credentials, and business information are kept confidential. Nikki will not share client information with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Nikki is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or third-party service outages (Make.com, n8n, API providers, etc.).

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

SMS Program and Communications

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Nikki Matlock / thenikkimatlock.com, you agree to the following:

• Program description: You may receive text messages related to service updates, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, promotional content, and AI automation tips.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Recurring messages may be sent.
• Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: For support, reply HELP to any message or email [email protected].
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• No sharing: Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Consent is not required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or product.
• Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications.
